We’ve all seen videos of people solving the classic Rubik’s Cube in mere seconds, but how would you go at trying to solve a giant one?

Tony Fisher from the UK has made a Rubik’s Cube in his backyard that measures a massive 1.56 metres and weighs 100kg. While fully functional, the weight of the Cube makes it hard to move around.

The creator also believes that his Cube is the largest in the world. In his video Tony describes other known giant Rubik’s Cubes around the world, with 1 metre being the previous largest attempt.

Why go to all the effort of making such a large puzzle? Tony says it is for entertainment of people who watch the video and personal achievement for himself. His dream is to make it into the Guinness Book Of Records, although there currently isn’t a category for the World’s Largest Rubik’s Cube.
