Thank you Brisbane for your gifts and sharing your amazing stories about how 96five has impacted your life. It’s inspiring to partner with you and hope you are inspired and encouraged that you are making hope possible for hundreds of thousands of people across Brisbane and beyond. We have fallen short of the $730,000 target – thank you so much to those who have sent through gifts since the close of tally room on Friday, June 15.

“I don’t know what life would be without your station in my life. I listen to you every day especially at work. Especially when I feel trapped at work and my life is going nowhere songs of hope and Ken, Nicky & Stevo and Luke & Susie’s positive outlook keep me going!!! Listening to the songs takes me away, lets me sing in my mind as I imagine my self-singing to the Lord!!! And there are so many people who need you – who don’t have anyone. We have to keep you guys on air.”

People just like you have been calling in and showing their support to keeping the station they love going! We put out the call and the response we have gotten so far has been fantastic. People matching other listeners investments, pulling over in their car to make their own, and letting us know why 96five means what it does to them.

Our volunteers have been working around the clock, taking calls and donations. But it hasn’t been all work around the station! There’s been singing, dancing, laughter and of course lots of fun. All hands have been on deck and as you can see that means all paws too!
