96five Has Moved! A Special Update About Our New Home

As of Monday 4th November, we’ll officially be broadcasting from our new studios in Moorak St, Taringa.

In case you missed the big announcement, in 2023 96five was able to purchase it’s very first building. Since then, we’ve been renovating and fitting out Stage 1A of the building project (check out the progress here) and for the last couple of months, our team has been split with the majority of the team occupying Level 1 and the content team remaining at Alderley until the studios were ready.

The big day is nearly here. The boxes are packed, our tech team are on standby ready to move the broadcast from Alderley to Taringa and our team are beyond excited to be back under one roof and starting this new phase of the ministry of 96five.

This fit-for-purpose space will allow our team to create more great content, sustain growth and provide a permanent and stable home for Brisbane’s Christian radio station.

Standing on the Word

Last week, Board Directors and Senior Management met for the first time in person at Taringa. Prior to the carpet being laid, they spent some time praying over the new studio space writing scriptures on the bare concrete floor.

Our New Space

Final touches are being made on the Production Studios which will serve initially as our main broadcast studio and then will function as a video and audio recording spaces to create more content to connect with our audience.
