It doesn’t get much simpler than this to make one of our favourite childhood sweets.

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup desiccated coconut
  • 400g  chocolate melts

Instructions:

Place chocolate melts in a microwave proof dish. Adjust your microwave to 50 percent strength. Heat the white chocolate for 30 seconds, and then take it out of the microwave and give it a stir. Continue heating in 30 second intervals on medium heat, stirring as needed.

Mix in the coconut. Place spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto a non-stick or greased paper tray. Place in the refrigerator to set and chill.
