Ingredients

3 Weet-bix
1 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup caster sugar
1 cup self-raising flour
2 tablespoons cocoa< 150g butter 1 teaspoon vanilla essence 1 1/2 cups icing sugar 1 tablespoon cocoa, extra 2 tablespoons hot water Method: Preheat oven to 180 degrees.  Line a slice tin with baking paper. Crush weet-bix in a mixing bowl and mix in coconut, sugar, flour and cocoa.  Melt butter then pour over the dry ingredients.  Add vanilla and mix well. Spoon mixture into tin and press down.  Bake for 15 minutes. Sift icing sugar and cocoa into a small bowl.  Add water and stir well.  Spread over hot slice.  Cut into squares and serve.
