We all know breast is best, but a new study has revealed a link between breast milk and nut allergies.

The research, conducted by the Australian National University,  found that babies who are solely fed breast milk for the first six months of life are one and a half times more likely to develop a nut allergy than those introduced to food or other fluids earlier.

But researchers say the health benefits of breast milk far outweigh the potential risks of developing nut allergies.
