Jeremy Camp has sold nearly 5 million albums and has five GMA Dove Awards, one Grammy nomination, three American Music Award nominations to his name. In 2010, Jeremy was named Billboard’s #2 Christian artist of the decade and his powerful story of faith after his first wife Melissa passed away from cancer in 2001, has been recorded in his memoir and movie, ‘I Still Believe’.
Jeremy sat down with 96five’s Tim Bain to chat about touring, his latest single ‘Anxious Heart’ and he revealed that he’ll be touring Australia at the end of 2023.
“My whole families coming with me, we’re making a whole thing out of it – we’re so excited” Jeremy said.
After Jeremy surprised Tim with the news of the upcoming Australian tour, Tim was able to return the favour and surprise Jeremy with the news that his single ‘Anxious Heart’ has been the number one song on TCM charts (Christian music charts) for two weeks running.
“Wow, that kind of blows me away… really?” Jeremy asked.
“I never thought that 21 years into this that God would still be using these songs in people’s hearts”.
“The good thing about it is that it’s left me in a huge state of gratitude… I am probably more excited about what I’m doing than ever before.”
Jeremy went on to share how he’s keeping things fresh in the studio working with different producers and cowriters and how they use prayer while on tour to bring something new and unique to each crowd.

“I wish I could tell you how humbling it is. It’s a cliche word and it’s so overused but it’s very humbling.”
Jeremy Camp will be touring Australia in November 2023.
