Take your family on a magical musical adventure when Queensland Symphony Orchestra returns to the Concert Hall with Sounds like an Orchestra!

Hosted by Queensland Symphony Orchestra musician Vivienne Collier-Vickers this concert is guaranteed to be relaxed, interactive, and fun – the ideal setting for a first time encounter in the Concert Hall.

There’ll be lots of fun tunes and demonstrations, many of which will be familiar and others that audiences may be hearing for the very first time.  Some of the highlights of the program include excerpts from ‘Carnival of the Animals’, ‘Peer Gynt Suite’ and the earworm ‘Baby Shark’.

Marvel as the musicians of Queensland Symphony Orchestra bring to life a world of different sounds and musical characters – meet the fluttering flutes, the growling double basses, the triumphant trumpets and more. Get ready to pick your favourite instrument!
